
Dorothy Beal
Dorothy Beal is a runner, writer, mom of three, and a body-positive activist who believes that runners come in all shapes and sizes and that if you run, you have a runner’s body. Founder of the I Run This Body brand and the creator of the #ihavearunnersbody and #irunthisbody movements, she is passionate about self-love. Beal ran her first marathon in 2003 and has since completed 46 marathons, including Marine Corps Marathon eleven times, Boston Marathon six times, New York Marathon three times, Tokyo Marathon, The Great Wall Marathon, and Berlin Marathon. Most recently, she ran the L.A. Marathon presented by ASICS. She's currently training for the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
