Sometimes, your plans change. That’s why we’ve updated our race training plans to change with you. You can now update your goal time, training frequency, distance, schedule or race date without losing your progress.
Treadmill Training
Our race training plans are now treadmill-friendly. Choose Treadmill mode when selecting your workout and your intervals will become time based. You’ll even be able to view your next intervals details while you run.

Track Heart Rate Zones
Runkeeper Go subscribers can now access detailed breakdowns of their heart rate zones. Track your workouts with a smartwatch or heart rate monitor so you can analyze your effort in your activity summary.


Start a Winning Streak
Stay consistent with an achievable goal, like maintaining your streak! Track at least one 15 minute outdoor activity per week to keep your streak going. Get further insights by upgrading to Runkeeper Go to view your streak history.
Get the Run Down
Drill down on your performance with Weekly Recaps. You’ll find a summary of all your go-to stats and how they compare to last weeks. Plus, see the progress you’ve made on all your current Challenges.
