Dorothy Beal
Dorothy Beal is a runner, writer, single mom of three, Head of Content Strategy for Guided Workouts, and a body-positive activist who believes that runners come in all shapes and sizes and that if you run, you have a runner’s body. Founder of the I Run This Body brand and the creator of the #ihavearunnersbody and #irunthisbody movements, she is passionate about self-love. Beal ran her first marathon in 2003 and has since completed 47 marathons, including Marine Corps Marathon eleven times, Boston Marathon six times, New York Marathon three times, Tokyo Marathon, The Great Wall Marathon, Berlin Marathon, and L.A. Marathon. Most recently, she ran London Marathon and earned her six-star medal for completing the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
