Movement can help uplift the body and the mind. Use this Challenge to step away from the stress of everyday life and find your inner calm. Clear your mind, catch your breath, and log four activities of 15 minutes each between March 13-31 to complete this Challenge.


Nothing feels better than catching your breath and clearing your mind. Make some time for yourself with this Challenge.

Your first four running, trail running, walking, wheelchair, or cycling activities will count toward this Challenge. Activities can be logged via GPS, stopwatch, or manually.
