Keep up your routine with a challenge designed to get your body moving. Any length of activity will do—this is about making time for yourself, three times a week, through May 31.
REWARDS
Regular physical activity keeps your body and mind sharp, focused and calm.
*GPS, Stopwatch and Manual activities are eligible towards completion.
**Running, walking, cycling, hiking, and wheelchair activities are eligible towards completion.
***Log a total of 21 activities by May 31 to complete the challenge.
