We know the holiday season won’t be quite the same this year, and finding motivation to exercise may be harder than ever. With this challenge, we’re inviting you to keep your routine going strong through the holiday season by tracking 15 hours of activity before New Year’s Day! That’s just shy of 25 minutes for each day of the challenge – you’ve totally got this.
Taking time for a short exercise break each day is a great way to relax during the holiday season!
Running, walking, cycling, hiking, and wheelchair activities are eligible for completion. GPS and Stopwatch Mode activities are eligible for completion.
