Running is 90% mental, 10% physical—without a strong mind, even the strongest legs won’t get to the finish line. In the next two weeks, log two activities. The first will serve as a baseline. Then, we’ll share some mind-strengthening tips and show you how to turn off audio cues before your next activity. For run two, use your new mental techniques and see how your run compares.
