ASICS research shows that spending hours at our desks can negatively impact our state of mind.
A new experiment reveals that just 15 minutes of exercise during your workday can help to reverse the effects of desk-based work. This supports our State of Mind research, which found that 15 minutes and 9 seconds of movement might be all it takes to boost mental wellbeing. Learn more here.
