Since 1973 the 7-mile Falmouth Road Race has been drawing runners to its scenic seaside course. Whether it’s your first or 41st time running Falmouth, our ASICS Running Coaches have created training plans to help you PR and get to the race in peak form.

Choose from one of three ASICS Falmouth Road Race training plans: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. All training plans are designed so you can jump in or adjust the plan based on how much time you have until race day.
