Take your fitness routine up a notch. Use the September 25K challenge to find a workout rhythm. When and how you break up the distance is up to you. Just remember to complete it before the end of the month!

Running, cycling, hiking, walking, and wheelchair activities are eligible. GPS, Stopwatch, and manually-logged activities are eligible.
