October 10 is observed as World Mental Health Day. The goal is to raise mental health awareness, combat the stigma around mental health issues, and help one love themselves.
This month’s challenge focuses on putting yourself first and taking suitable measures to a better and healthier life.
We encourage you to make time for yourself and track 15 activities throughout October to complete this challenge.
We want this challenge to be cathartic and freeing for you. Enjoy participating in activities that relax and calm your mind.
Running, walking, hiking, and wheelchair activities are eligible for challenge completion. GPS and Stopwatch Mode activities are eligible for challenge completion.
