Move 10K by the end of the month to complete this challenge. Whether you finish in one go or throughout the month, you’re doing great!

A note to all runners: It’s easy to get bogged down by stats and trying to beat personal records. Try to remember why you started running in the first place and have fun with it. A little mindset reframing could be all it takes to renew your motivation!
