With this challenge, we’re inviting you to track a morning activity three days a week through February 28. That’s 18 beautiful morning runs!
Unlock the mental benefits of exercise and start your day on a high note by making time for a morning workout.
Running, walking, cycling, hiking, and wheelchair activities are eligible for completion. GPS and Stopwatch Mode activities are eligible for completion. You must complete 18 activities total by February 28 to complete this challenge. Activities at any time of day will count towards this challenge.
