Reignite your love for running this month by committing to 30 minutes of activity,* six days per week.** Embrace the great runs, the not-so-great runs, and every run in between.


Committing to showing up is its own reward. Look forward to how you’ll feel in four weeks.

*Running, walking, and wheelchair activities are all eligible for the challenge. Stopwatch, GPS, and manually-logged activities are eligible for the challenge.
**Track 12 total hours of eligible activities between February 1 and February 28 to complete this challenge.
