Our Guided Workouts feature is here and ready for you to explore. You’ll get audio instructions from a professional coach to guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re a newbie or an advanced runner, there’s something for everyone.
For this month’s challenge, we encourage you to explore Guided Workouts and track three workouts per week (12 total) this September.
What can be more convenient than having a personal running buddy in your pocket? Let our coaches guide you during a rewarding workout.
*Running, walking, cycling, hiking, and wheelchair activities are eligible for this challenge. GPS and Stopwatch Mode activities are eligible for this challenge. The challenge will be completed regardless of whether you use the Guided Workouts feature or not.
