Mikra Runkeeper Challenge – Terms & Conditions



1. Eligibility



The Mikra Runkeeper Challenge (“Challenge”) is open to legal residents of the United States who:



Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;



Have an ASICS Runkeeper™ account;



Have access to a mobile device and internet connection capable of using the Runkeeper™ app.



Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Mikra, ASICS, or affiliated partners are not eligible to win the grand prize.



2. Challenge Period



The Challenge begins on June 27, 2025 and ends on July 27, 2025 (the “Challenge Period”). All qualifying activities must be completed and logged within this 30‑day window.



3. How to Participate



To participate:



Open the ASICS Runkeeper™ app and join the Mikra Challenge.



Complete a total of 15 miles of distance-based activity (walking, running, or wheelchair use) tracked via the Runkeeper™ app during the Challenge Period.



Activities must be tracked directly within the Runkeeper app or via a synced device that integrates with Runkeeper.



4. Rewards



Participants who complete the Challenge will receive:



A 20% discount code valid on all Mikra products at https://wearemikra.com;



One (1) entry into a random prize drawing to win US $2,500 toward a trip to the winner’s dream running destination.



Discount Code Terms:



Limit one (1) code per qualifying participant.



Code is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.



Expires one (1) year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise noted.



5. Grand Prize Drawing



One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants who complete the Challenge.



Winner will be notified by Mikra via email (using the address provided on the Challenge landing page) no later than August 6, 2025.



Prize will be awarded as a US $2,500 prepaid Visa® or Mastercard® gift card (or equivalent payment method, at Mikra’s sole discretion).



Winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, and any tax‑related documentation prior to receiving the prize.



6. Prize Conditions



The grand prize is intended to support the winner’s travel to a destination of their choice. Mikra will not require proof of how the funds are spent.



Winner is solely responsible for booking and paying for all travel arrangements, accommodations, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, entry/exit requirements, taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the trip that exceed the value of the prize.



Mikra makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the safety, condition, suitability, or availability of any destination, lodging, transportation, or activity selected by the winner.



All travel is undertaken at the winner’s own risk. The winner acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks (including, without limitation, personal injury, illness, death, and property damage) and voluntarily assumes all such risks.



7. General Conditions



By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Mikra, which are final and binding in all respects.



Mikra reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions or the spirit of the Challenge.



Mikra reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to force‑majeure events, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Mikra’s reasonable control.



8. Privacy



By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data by Mikra and its partners for the purposes of administering the Challenge and prize distribution, all in accordance with Mikra’s Privacy Policy.



9. Assumption of Risk, Liability & Release



By entering the Challenge, participating in any Challenge activities, and/or accepting the prize, participants (and, in the case of the winner, their travel companions, heirs, and assigns):



Acknowledge and assume all risks and liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Challenge and any travel or activities undertaken in connection with or using the prize, including (without limitation) risks of personal injury, illness, death, property damage, and economic loss.



Release, discharge, and hold harmless Mikra, ASICS, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from:

• participation in the Challenge;

• the administration of the Challenge;

• the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or

• any travel or activity related to or funded by the prize.

Agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any third‑party claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the winner’s travel or activities.



Waive the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief or to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other special damages.



The foregoing release and indemnity shall be construed broadly and shall survive the conclusion of the Challenge.



10. Governing Law



This Challenge and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
