How you move affects how you feel. Join us as we kick off 2025 with the Move your body, move your mind Challenge. ASICS is inviting everyone to feel the power of movement by logging two 15-minute activities each week throughout January to complete the Challenge.

REWARDS

Track two 15-minute activities each week throughout the month of January (eight activities total) to complete the Challenge. Any activity types of at least 15 minutes tracked via indoor or outdoor mode count towards completing this Challenge.
