Celebrate Earth Day by completing four workouts and picking up litter along your route. (This is known as “plogging”—a combination of the Swedish verbs for picking up litter and jogging.)

Running, hiking, walking, cycling, and wheelchair activities are all eligible for the challenge. Stopwatch, GPS, and manually-logged activities are eligible for the challenge.
