Running setup advice.
For none biking activities just set up a 'bike' for the activity, or if you want to track shoe usage then a 'bike' for each set of shoes. Make sure the 'bike' is marked gps only. Set the default activity to match RunKeepers Running, Walking, Skating, etc. You can change this after each usage so if you walk in your running shoes you can make it work. Start the app with start gps then select the 'bike' let the gps get a signal and start trip as you start.
Once your done stop trip. The activity is in your ride history, you can find it and review the stats, look at the route, checkout the plot, and of course upload to RunKeeper. Before doing your very first upload you will need to associate IpBike with your RunKeeper account, go to preferences - other phone preferences - upload preferences - RunKeeper preferences - RunKeeper authorisation, login to RunKeeper and allow access.
