With my running buddy off colour it has been hard to be regular these last few weeks. I am trying to sort of maintain my level, but demurely slipping back. 5km with only a couple of brief walks was not to bad - not great though. Have to decide about the Auckland 1/2 marathon in October. 6+ months to get ready is really too long. Should be able to train almost twice in that time!
