Had a good run after the good bike (and rough swim). Was able to push a 9:00-9:15 pace for the first thee miles. Started to crash on the return, so ran closer to 10 min miles for mile 4 and 5 and then finished hard with a 9:30 min mile. Overall good run, but still plenty of room to improve next year.
