It didn't go very well. :-/ Half way through and I twisted my ankle in a gully in the path, and I had to get Lana to come and pick me up. I don't think I'll be running for a few days. :-(

Stewart Johnson  It turns out I didn't run for 6 months -- I rolled the same ankle again in November. It'll be a long slow climb back to fitness.

Pretty happy with this -- only slightly slower than yesterday, and I was still feeling a bit sore from the same run yesterday. I turned 36 today! Feel good about running this well on my birthday. :-)
