Jeff Miller  I go faster than the pace suggested. I'm aiming for a sub-1:45 half marathon. I like the training program. The mileage, variety of runs and number of runs per week fits in with my work/family schedule. I try to adjust the suggested pace down to fit my goal - under 8:00 min/mile for fast pace, 8:00-8:45 min/mile for steady and over 9:00 min/mile for slow.

Jeff Miller  Sorry to hear that. I think you have 2 weeks after the class ends to finish. You might need to email runkeeper to tell them you are injured and ask if you can reset the date or start over when you are better.. Or if you are feelIng better, just pick up the class next week. This is a low milage week, then next week starts adding miles. I hope you recover quickly. Good luck!
