Worst so far. Today marks the first day I had to pause the workout, because I deviated too far from the known route and it was way way too steep for me. Calves gave in. I should stick to doing laps of a known flat part of the route.

John Geraghty  Hang in there and rest and recover. Its OK to pause and rest, the important thing is that your doing the class and getting outside and running. Don't push so hard to you get hurt or stop running. I got hurt last year and had to take some weeks off so I know how these bad runs can get you down. Rest and take it easy on the next run and we'll be here to support you.
Prashant Vaibhav  Thanks for the encouragement John! I think I pushed my limit today with the 1 mile run and the walk back was painful. Very weird that running is fine but walking hurts. Two day rest coming up, and I think I'm going to modify the workout to suit my level better =)

Shawn Hesketh  Don't give up, Prashant! Keep at it... you'll chip away at that pace little by little. To me, the most important thing is to keep it enjoyable. When it stops being fun, you'll have trouble staying motivated. So forget about the pace... just enjoy the run. You're doing it!

Prashant Vaibhav  Despite the horrible weather (rainy and super windy) and the perfectly (badly) timed uphill parts in the route I managed the workout in less time than I thought it would take. However the GPS is super inaccurate, I need to find a better route with fewer trees and fewer climbs.
