OMG! That was hard work! It's good to be back running with the team though. I managed to keep pace along the first 3/4 of Princes Road, then the hill just got the better of me. I kept going though and although they did regroup a few times I managed to keep them in sight for the next couple of miles. After that Steve caught me up and passed me going up Cotton Hill, then I slowly fell back until I came to a complete stop going up West Hill. Ouch! I then lost my way a bit so had to check the GPS. Thanks RK for cutting out again! I got my stride back on for the last mile or so and came in about 4 or 5 minutes behind the group. Not a bad effort for my first time out in a long time. :)

I finished the 200 Situps training app, so now started on the Lolo Easy Abs app and completed Day 1. I feel like this is going to give me a more "rounded" workout whereas the situps app was just about the one exercise. There was definately some exercises in that short routine that I need to get used to! :)

Hmm. I better check the route. I know i went a slightly different way, cutting out the section past the barracks, but even so a 6:28 pace seems a little too quick; even after my sprint training last night! Lol

4x300m(100) in 56, 51, 56, 51. Fun fun fun fun. I love the sprints. Although I started behind the pack I managed to overtake a lot of them on the home straight and also came 3rd on the last sprint (not that I was being competitive, but everyone is on the last one! lol).
