Week 6, Day 42 of 10K Time Goal Sub 55 minutes
Had to tailor session again to fit in with start of spin class. According to Garmin splits: 1st mile 10:09 2nd mile 9:44 1/2 mile 8:14 30 second intervals 7:28, 8:10 & 7:35 All in all I did 2.5 miles with x3 30 second intervals, 30 seconds recovery Quite pleased with run, felt good :D

Karyn  Garmin Splits 9:22(not good), 8:50, 8:54 & 8:49 quite happy with that but I think your 1st interval was faster Martine

Had to tailor session to suit time available and for some unknown reason used treadmill/gym, never again: 4km at 9.5kph 30second intervals at 12kph repeated 5 times 30second recovery at 8kph repeated 5 times
