I am SO proud of you! Wowser! Great time, too!
Hey I had a creepy run today. I'm starting to train for 10k in June, and planned a 4 mile run. Felt great, actually. My foot is still there but ok. Near the end of the run, on a wooded path this creepy guy came out of the brush and exposed himself. Ewwwwww! I yelled at him and ran like hell, then called the police and they actually caught him. I'm fine but def unsettling. I'm thinking I should carry pepper spray in rural areas.

Thanks guys! I am really pumped!! Funny going into this I thought it would be the first and last time I ran a half.....but now I'm already thinking about when the next one should be!
Mary where were you running? That's a good idea to carry pepper spray especially when running by yourself.

Pat, I kept thinking I was going to see you run by me. Did you have a good run? The weather was just perfect!

I had a GREAT 16 miles, the final four, not so much. It was great weather, though the finish was chilling. I finished at 2:05, not sure what time you came in

To clarify: my running time was 3:05 - the race started at 11:00, so i finished at five past two....you were probably over at Brown's having lobster
