Run was done in a hotel in boston after a night of heavy drinking.. wasn't a great idea to run but wanted to try out the new brace. Hyrdation was an issue.

Today was all about hills thus the much slower and sparatic pace. Was varying the incline between 3-7 (to be honest a lot more on 3) for most of the run. Next time I think I'll do an incline of 4 for 1 mile then reduce it by 1 each quater mile.

was on the shitty treadmill (belt) and it threw my gait all over the place, very bouncy. wasn't trying to go fast this run was more trying to keep an even pace however the bounces really got to me on the second half of hte run.

civic center dome - 3.16 total (24.5 mins), accidentally stopped nike early so combining two runs here. legs a bit sore afterwards but I guess that's to be expected in a back to back. Track felt better than treadmill
