Terrible. Right hip, knee, and hamstring hurt. I'm hobbling around with no form and barely got through this. No fun at all.

Didn't have enough time for a long run so this is kind of a shortened one. Even if I did have time, I don't know if I could have kept going because the heat and humidity was killer. A little slow, but I was running on gravel for maybe 20% of the run so I'm happy with it. I have to plan my route better next time.

Matthew  Oh, and I kept my heart rate down, which was also nice to see. I've been monitoring with the Heart Fitness app. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but my resting heart rate has been improving quite a bit.

This run was good, but with about 500m to go I started getting stomach cramps as if I had to vomit. I'm not sure where those came from because I was drinking water throughout the day and had not eaten for a few hours. I was thinking it may be the heat, but it was only 15c. Ah well. Either way, good run.

Great run. i started with the intention of this being a tempo run, and as I got about 5 minutes into it I figured I would try to match my best 5K time of exactly 30 minutes. Came in almost 30 seconds faster, but the best part was that it took a fair bit less effort than my previous 5K/30min. It will still hard, but much more doable.
