Mike Brown Completed a 3.67 mi. running activity
Finally got out to run - ran the entire distance - not trying to push things - I have really blown this class in terms of following the training runs. I think I do better with a completion goal over a time goal at this point. I also have been running without Music - When I am with a group - thats ok - by myself - I don't seem to go as fast or enjoy it as much

Last week was crazy - ran my farthest distances - then the last week of AP exams - graduation this weekend - cat sick - i went out for a "simple" 3 mile run - just could not make it happen today. Monday is a new day... 5k race on Monday the 28th. Goal - 10K on July 4th!

Denise Fisher  I sometimes wish there was a running group near me, but then I think I wouldn't be able to keep up with them anyway. I'm still coming in just about last on the ParkRuns - only beating the pregnant women and walkers! But hey, I'm out there doin' it!
Mike Brown  Right now is the in-between for running season for this group. They all just ran big marathons. The next ones are in the fall (i know you're about to go into winter) There were a couple of fols that were fine running at my pace - but I was dead last. I did follow their e-list for a while. The major thing I got from them was encouragement and accountability to run. I get that here too.

Mike Brown  Ok - I'm really pleased with my "fast" times. I can feel the improvement from last week. It does help that the temp in the evenings has beed nice and reasonable.
Denise Fisher  Those fasts are very impressive! Well done. And to have been so consistent over such a long distance too!!
