Martine  I think I have to treat it as that Tom. The next couple of runs I will take it easy. I am away in London this weekend and won't have time to run so that is why I am squeezing a few in now :-)

Race for life. I haven't trained for 3 weeks due to illness (that combined with end of term) so I knew that it wasn't going to be easy. But I just went at my own pace, then hooked up with a friend at the end and made it round. It was a good, steady run. I am also happy with the time bearing in mind my lack of recent training!

Tom Z  Martine - this is a GREAT time! I wondered where you had been and hope you are feeling better now. You did your race nearly as fast as John and I did for ours, around 35 minutes. Really proud of you!
