Decided to go for an early morning run today. It was still dark out but I still saw other early bird runners out on the path. I wore my yak track. The path was not as icy as I thought it would be. The run felt great but towards the end my shins were hurting, which was new. Afterward, I stretched out the legs and the shins were not hurting as much. Great run!
