Patrick Rochon  That's a good pace for 10k +......espacially after 4 months off!!!
John  Cheers Patrick.. :) Also keeping the slow pace target this time round.. the plan says slow so I should really follow it :) last year was about pace and getting a decent 10k time.. this year its about endurance and distance :)

Matt  Dunno, having 5 months off is doing the trick for me.
Patrick Rochon  SLow is good! The goal is to get in as many slow miles as possible for long runs, it's good for stamina and getting you mentally ready for long runs, this way you don't get injured and you can easily add some interval runs during the week to make it fun......
