I was sad to see that 3 babies came out last night from nest 7 after people left, and it looked like they got eaten based on the tracks that stopped after a few feet. There was a swarm of birds hanging out in front of the nest that I shooed away that made me even more suspicious. You can see where the babies crawled out in the picture of nest 7 (the one by 7th St.). The nest by 10th St. is still sporting a ghost crab hole.
