Ghada Vanderpool  I've run with what was meant to be a pram and a real "jogger" the difference is amazing. A little bit of extra work, but not that difficult with a jogger pram, its very light, with large thin tires and suspension. I love running with a jogger

Chris Benjamin  So was that you I saw then running along the domain in the 2010 Auckland Marathon colours? :P You were too far ahead for me to catch up and say hi (if it was you of course).

Great to be out running with Chris - ankle still a little niggly, can't seem to get past 30 minutes without it feeling uncomfortable. So, this was a 30ish minute run followed by a walk.

Ghada Vanderpool  yes, I had the same problem about a year ago, its related to weak glute and butt muscles specifically on one side. I am working on strengthening on the days I am not running...I know my limits - I think :)
Peter Smith  Glutes ... I know what you mean. I had a problem that gave me knee pain. Lot's of reps of a very boring exercise made all the difference in the world.
