Cheers. Tried another run yesterday at the gym on the track. Did 100 meters and the pain started 200 meters and had to stop. After a little weight lifting I went on the treadmill reached 15km/hour but had had to stop after 500 meters. Going to need to take is steady. I am relatively pain free during normal activities and cycling (do have an underlying pain in both legs that I have had for 25yrs now and not connected to this current problem). But start running.....!!!! I feel as though I have a fracture in my left leg. My main problem could be that I have to take exercise full on. I have to discipline myself to moderate.
