eddiecoyote   okay... this doesn't show the actual elevation. It must be taking the data from the Google Map because I ran over the St John's Bridge and it is a lot higher than 7 feet.

eddiecoyote   I can really feel the loss of endurance and muscle strength in my legs from not running in the last three/four months. It is amazing at how fast I lost leg strength! And I just ran the Eugene Marathon in May for crying out loud. Now I'm off to find some BBQ.

eddiecoyote   first run in quite some time. new neighborhood. Have to see... but I'm eyeing that bridge and the forest on the other side. However I've had three runs in three months and I can tell a big difference. Time to get off my butt!
