Hey man,
Yeah I did a mix of running, some sprints and then some stairs. I see you're training for an ultra-marathon-that's crazy!! I think my legs would fall off. (I top out at a 10K)
I'm usually at the UCLA track on Saturdays between 6-8:oo am. if you ever want to swing by..
FYI-Runtastic PRO is a much better runner app if you listen to music while you run. check it out...

Right on. Maybe one of these days I'll make it out to UCLA, that's if I can keep up with you. I've played around a bit with Runtastic. Currently I'm all about iSmoothRun. It lets me post to a variety of fitness sites. Kinda have a soft spot for the Runkeeper site though. Been part of the community since I started running again. I'll check Runtastic out gain though. Hope you're well!
