Okay this is beginning to annoy me :-/ RK is reading random pauses where there aren't any, but the one (one!) pause I took to wait for the running group doesn't show up?? It's messing up my splits.

Daniel F.  You should friend Max Freiert. He works for RK--might be helpful.
Matt  I have had some issues with auto-pause on RK as well. Still have not decided if I am going to keep it turned on or not. Sometimes it reacts really quickly and other times it takes 20+ seconds to pause.

Errr...somewhere in there, a pause didn't read. I did a warm-up to the track (about 8:45/mi), then speed work. 4 x 1000, 5k pace (ended up around 6:35), 3 x 300 "reeling in the competition" pace (no clue what that was!) with recoveries.

Did you know that if you run a marathon, then a half-marathon two weeks later you're going to be really tired? This is how much of my planned 10-miler I was able to run today. It's okay- I got to enjoy the sun and do stuff in the Upper West Side.
