Matt  Yup Hail in May, who'd have thought, apart from the tapping on the helmet the slush/mud in the forest was no good for my hybrid typres.

Rebecca Darcy  No point in injuring yourself now, take it easy! It would be unfortunate to not make it to the race because you pushed when your body said stop. New shoes should help too!

Matt  lol Patrick not quite, call of nature. Tried to upload the data again, seems borked....1 hour 10 mins for the distance, 10.00 pace average, sore knee afterwards. Also string headwind.
