Straight out to Bowlhead Green before heading through Thursley to the old A3. It is closed from the sign to the YHA with a chap in the car making sure you don't 'explore'. A parallel bridal way means you don't have to use it but.... In any case, the area is now peaceful and the Tunnel works! Extended the ride to the South Portal and our little trip would not be complete without a flat from Staff and a broken chain from me. Mark watched on. Lovely weather.
