Denise Fisher  OK you've GOT to check our my map to see where I was running! Beautiful running - until my running partner lost his iphone!! Pace slowed considerably as we tried to find it on the way back (might have had something to do with the elevation on the way back too.)
Denise Fisher  The photos aren't very good. - it was early dawn and not enough light. Chose that time to miss the humidity.

Denise Fisher  Thanks Mike - I must say now that I see this on the computer I'm very pleased. If I can just continue that for another 1.5K I'll achieve my 35min 5K goal.

Denise Fisher  GPS very weird. They say that every run is a good run. Was trying to protect my poor sore hip flexor so didn't run consistently.
Mike Brown  I have had that Gps issue- I started the activity before I had a good GPS signal (is you are using an iPhone- before the signal meter turned green). On a computer you can edit your start point and make the first interval more accurate.

Denise Fisher  Light run - still guarding my right hip flexor. Started and finished with lots of stretching, which helps a lot. Felt good most of the run, and quite surprised to see my pacing - getting faster, without trying.
