Thanks Bradley. Slept in so didn't even have time to warm up. My trusty pacer was pushing me again, and I was surprised I could hold onto that pace till the end. How are you feeling for Canberra?

if you asked me yesterday i would have said great lol Today's run was very ordinary, yet last Sunday's run was fantastic. Seems to be the story of my training for Canberra, up one week or two, then down the next. Still I think with Tapering over the next two weeks, and the usual race day buzz I can run around if not sub 3:30 again. I think your gonna nail this marathon though, is it sub 3:15 your aiming for?

Fingers crossed for you. Yes, aiming for sub 3:10. Am paranoid now though - both daughters have just come down sick. This happened before Sydney last year and I got it and was completely wiped out. Am thinking of buying a bubble to live in for the next 2 weeks.
