Chris Benjamin  Cool :) So whats your training plan like to get under 2 hours?
Penny Soo  I have started reading 'Daniel's Running Formula' and following the program for half marathon. There's 5 levels of training based on your own VDOT value: Base Building, Marathon-Pace,Threshold, Interval,Repetition training. At the moment, I am just doing Base training for 3 weeks at my Easy pace. The book is interesting to read and has lots of charts and data to explain whys, hows,etc. I noticed that my fitness has improved after 2 weeks of base training :)

Penny Soo  Stuffed my right knee (again!) . Should have not ran yesterday after a heavy leg workout session. I shouldn't be so stubborn and listen sometimes!
