Longest non-stop run yet. 7 miles on the road. Not that fast but I didn't stop and I'm happy with that. Right knee hurt towards the end and my calves are tight!

Excellent - just avoid your long run being a fast run. Aiming for my long run tomorrow to be a nice and slow 11min per mile run.

Hi Mike, yeah this was a good pace for me. I really wanted to do it in 63 mins, but I'll take 64 as it's the longest I've done with no intervals.
