Awful! Had to run on indoor track. Calves really sore. Left foot got numb feeling. Had to walk majority of the way. Will run on treadmill tomorrow.

Went ok. Had to walk a few times. I really thought I could run the whole thing. Some calf soreness in my right calf. Probably should have just pushed through it.

Nik  I had the same pain 3 years ago when I started for the very first time. Pushing helped but not at the first times. I pushed in the 3th or 4th week and all went OK. This time even that is about 2 years after my last 5K, I don't feel it.
