Sub 1 hour with a bad knee injury (ligaments) so happy as not been able to train for a few weeks.
Am struggling and in pain now but this is nothing compared to what cancer patients have to go through - definitely worth it & would do it all again.
Great people, friendly, well organised - thanks to all the marshals and Sue Ryder/sponsors that make this possible.
