How It Works:

Sign up and get started
Sign up for the FitnessClass that best fits your fitness goal. To get the most out of your training and to stay on track with your classmates, complete each FitnessClass on its scheduled day.
2.
Get Moving
Once signed up, follow along each day online as it guides you through the FitnessClass on the web, or listen to audio cues coach you on your mobile device using the RunKeeper Pro mobile app.
3.
Motivate Your Classmates
Each activity that you complete appears in the FitnessFeed of the FitnessClass page. Make sure to comment on your classmates' activities to help motivate each other toward your common goal!
